rich in zeolites that raises pH, absorbs moisture, binds ammonium, and suppresses harmful bacteria

Benefits

Naturally occurring antiseptic

  • Quickly raises pH

  • Absorbent

  • Kind on teats

  • Binds Ammonium

Vulkamin is a natural antiseptic powder of volcanic origin. Vulkamin quickly raises pH, killing harmful microbes, as well as binding available ammonium to create a healthy barn environment. Thanks to its huge surface Vulkamin is also extremely absorbent.

Vulkamin is a finely ground rock silicate, of volcanic origin. It is rich in Zeolites and has a special hollow crystalline structure. It is a 100% natural, raw material, containing large quantities of minerals and trace elements.

Vulkamin is used in livestock farming to improve hygiene in cubicles, birthing pens, stables even kennels. It binds ammonium from manure and is extremely effective at suppressing harmful bacteria. Due to its structure Vulkamin is extremely soft on skin, meaning no more sore teats… or hands!

Vulkamin is also extremely absorbent. This not only helps raise the pH but also keeps beddings drier for longer, meaning harmful microbes don’t have the moisture they need to survive. As Vulkamin doesn’t react with anything, it is able to dry out and reabsorb, making it more effective for longer.
